Contract Information

If you are interested in contracting out with CTI-S, you must first register with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) as a supplier of the Canadian government. Registration is made by requesting tender documents published on MERX (government tendering system). For more information about this process, please contact Lise Hébert at +01-514-496-3852 or lise.hebert@pwgsc.gc.ca. After registering, you must comply with CTI-S technical requirements for each type of work you are interested in bidding on.

The requirements for each type of work and the related qualification tests are described in the Production Activities section.

Notice of Intention of Production

At the beginning of each fiscal year, CTI-S publishes a notice of intention of production for the year on the MERX.

Supply Arrangement (SA)

Some projects use a supply arrangement (SA) to invite firms to tender. The invitations to tender for these projects are not visible on the MERX. A firm that wants to bid on an invitation to tender under a SA must first be qualified by the CTI-S, and then ask PWGSC to be included in the SA.
